My path

At my branch I am in contact with the workshop, reception and warehouse. Together with our colleagues, we ensure that our customers are served quickly and effectively.

I am also in regular contact with our customers to, for example; draw up repair quotes, follow up on repairs, discuss fleet analyses, deal with complaints, service maintenance contracts, etc. These conversations can range from challenging discussions where you come to a solution together, to light-hearted and pleasant conversations during an event for customers. This diversity makes my job challenging and fun!

This motivates me

That our colleagues are always there for each other and for our customers. Everyone works together energetically every day to improve ourselves and our services. This commitment is also rewarded.
