My path

About 7 years ago I started out as an After Sales Trainee at BAS immediately after my last internship day. At that time, I still had to present my thesis and fortunately I passed with flying colours. After having worked with various departments within BAS, the workshop seemed to me the most fun. I started in Veghel in the workshop as a service coordinator. After a few years I got the opportunity to become a Team Leader at the Veghel branch. I did this with great pleasure for a few years. At the beginning of this year the question suddenly arose whether I wanted to become Branch Manager of our location in Nijmegen. This was of course a great opportunity, so I took it with both hands and started on February 1 of this year. In short, I have already made quite the journey during my time at BAS!

This motivates me

My job is so much fun because no two days are the same. Every day anything can come in between my schedule, so that the day turns out differently than planned.

This is not always easy, but it does keep it interesting & challenging. I really enjoy the combination of working with my team at our branch and being involved with customers and technology in a commercial way.
