My path

During my Business Management training at Fontys college, I felt the need to gain some work experience in the field. This is where my journey at BAS started. In addition to my studies, I supported the HR department in various areas. When the final phase of my education was near, the director offered me a position as trainee at BAS. This traineeship allowed me to get the know the whole organization within a few years and develop myself in various aspects. You obviously do not pass up such an opportunity. I now work at HR, where each day is different. One moment I am drawing up contracts and the next I am recruiting new employees when a colleague is on vacation. From day one you are already responsible for certain activities, whereby you’re given the freedom to achieve these goals in your own way.
