My path

In the past 3.5 years I have grown in my position that consists of the most diverse tasks. From monitoring KPIs, objectives and reports to developing better and new IT solutions for our ERP package. And from developing & implementing more efficient work processes to supporting the workshop team! There is always something to discover and new things to learn within BAS. For example, I recently participated in a LEAN training course via the BAS Academy where I obtained my Green Belt certification.

This motivates me

The informal working atmosphere, the enthusiasm you sense in everyone and the young team make it very pleasant for me to work at BAS. Every time I look back at what we have achieved at the end of the working week, I feel very proud! Together we ensure that on average about 170 vehicles per week are made ready for sale and delivery.

Proud of..

I form the link between our IT development department and the workplace/business. It often happens that new systems must be developed. The delivery of such a system always is an exciting moment. This is when the system and business processes come together and are really going to be used. If something really works well and led to many improvements/efficiency, then that really makes you proud!
