The best thing about my job as a Project Manager is the diversity of projects I get to work on and the opportunity to achieve new goals together with colleagues.

My path
I have been working at BAS for over 10 years now. My journey at BAS started as a simple job in the Finance department in addition to my studies. But my real career at BAS only started when I became a training coordinator. In this role I discovered my interest in IT & automation, and after a few years I got the opportunity to work as a project manager. Here I feel myself completely at home! Ever since my first day, I’ve been drawing a lot of energy from the dynamics & positive atmosphere at BAS.
This motivates me
BAS invests a lot in the automation of internal systems and our public websites & platforms. As one of our project managers, I am partially responsible for ensuring that our plans are actually realized. I manage projects from start to finish, from drawing up the visuals, processes and database designs to delivery and implementation. Hereby I am in direct contact with colleagues throughout the entire company, such as my colleagues from IT & Development, but also the people that work for us from India.
The best thing about my job as a Project Manager is the diversity of projects I get to work on and the opportunity to achieve new goals together with colleagues. To translate our needs & goals into a working system. And being able to manage that from the first sketch to the final implementation.

Proud of..
The biggest compliment we can get is when a new application or tool is indispensable for my colleagues within a few weeks of release. That tells us we did a great job!
