My path

I started at BAS in 2013 as a cleaner in the workshop. Over the years I have been able to take several steps within the organization. I have been working as a salesman at BAS Trucks for several years now. My challenge is to sell all trucks that are in stock in Veghel and to sell as many upsells as possible. Customers from all over the world visit our headquarters to view vehicles. I can show them the vehicles, negotiate the price and discuss any additional work. It is very important that we close fast and good deals. After all, we want to stay ahead of the competition and not leave vehicles on our site for too long. Every day a vehicle is on our site, it becomes less valuable and our margins decline.

It is great to do all this with a young, informal and driven team with diverse backgrounds and cultures. Together we keep each other sharp, we encourage each other to do better every day and we celebrate successes.
 

Proud of…

I am most proud to sell the most upsells. I even named a street in the workshop after myself, haha (Mauro Brus Street), the street sign is even attached to it. Here the trucks are often transformed into show trucks.

This motivates me

Making customers happy is what I enjoy the most. As far as I am concerned, it couldn't be better than when a customer contacts us again and asks for me personally. Then I know I did well.
